My name is Dustin Jenkins, and I've had the privilege of performing and producing music for more than 25 years professionally. God has been so very good to me, and over the years, I've worked either in the studio or live on stage with Country and Gospel Music artists and companies such as Ty Herndon, Jeanie Seely, Georgette Jones, Buddy Jewell, Darryl Worley, Wade Hayes, John Berry, T.G. Sheppard & Kelly Lang, Chad Brock, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Lorrie Morgan, Pam Tillis, Diamond Rio, Exile, Jimmy Fortune, Dion Pride, Neal McCoy, The Gatlin Brothers, The Diamonds, The Vandells, The Gaithers, The Booth Brothers, The Steeles, Steve Ladd, Michael Twitty, The Kingdom Heirs, Amber Nelon Thompson, Heirline, Ann Downing, Daywind Music Group, Peck Publishing, Jason Clark Productions (of the Nelons), and MANY others. For the past half decade, I was honored to be among the featured cast of one of the Smoky Mountains' premier theaters full time, after which I worked as the Lead Singer in a theater in Central Florida. I now travel with my wife Sabrina in Gospel Music Ministry, and I spend much of my "home" time to doing studio work, overdubs, creating custom tracks and producing recording projects for clients from literally one end of the United States to the other, and now, even internationally! I understand the needs of the twenty first century artist, and enjoy providing "The Nashville Sound, Without The Nashville Price Tag!"

DUSTIN JENKINS?
•HAND-CRAFTED WORK
My business model isn't "Cookie Cutter" tracks, like many others. I'm not looking to "throw you in to my day". I prefer to take not only each project, but each SONG, and CREATE something especially for you. The biggest difference between a candle you buy at walmart and one you buy from a candle CRAFTER is the focused HAND MADE energy that artist puts in to each piece. For me, Music IS my craft and my art, and my best work is done when I can focus down and HAND_CRAFT a work of art for your song.

•LIMITED AVAILABILITY
I don't take on EVERY request. In order for my hand-crafted business model to be it's most successful, I have to limit how much I can take on each week. To make sure I can give each client and song the attention they deserve, I limit myself to no more than twelve songs per week. While I do take on most orders, please understand, I do so on an order by order basis, and if I don't think I can help you, I'm going to refer you to someone who can.

•INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE
I produce tracks remotely ONLY at this time, meaning I don't actually allow for customers to be here in person for production. I've found over the years this works best for the entire process. However, prior to each order, a simple quick conversation via telephone helps to insure that all information is correct and arrangements, keys and special instructions are understood. This pre-production conversation helps the entire process to go smoother and give both the producer AND the client more peace of mind. When at all possible, we'll also use this time to pray over your project together, asking God's blessings on the process.

•FULLY MIXED TRACKS & SESSION FILES AT NO ADDITIONAL COST - Digital Delivery
Many studios provide you with EITHER a final mix OR complete session files of your tracks. I've found the best value is for me to provide BOTH to you at one price. You'll receive a fully mastered mix via MP3 and WAV files that you can use immediately, as well as the full pro tools session files fully consolidated, so they can be brought into any DAW platform and used for recording and detailed mixing later. This creates even more value for your dollar when using me for your tracks.

Our standard tracks come professionally produced with all instruments needed from the above FULL PRODUCTION TRACK instrument list, Other instruments are available, at additional charges. Our tracks come with up to 3 hours of studio time, and additional hours are billed @ $100 per creative hour.

Save up to $100 when you order 4 tracks in one order with our 4 song track package. All tracks MUST be ordered together in one order to qualify for the discount. As with all orders, each track comes with any needed instruments from the list above, and up to 3 hours of studio time per song, and additional hours are billed @ $100 per creative hour.

Full Production Tracks - 10 Song Package
This is the package with the GREATEST SAVINGS! Save up to $550 when you order 10 tracks in one order with our 10 song track package. All tracks MUST be ordered together in one order to qualify for the discount. As with all orders, each track comes with any needed instruments from the list above, and up to 2 hours of studio time, and additional hours are billed @ $100 per creative hour. NOTE... Orchestration IS INCLUDED on any THREE of the ten tracks of your choice. Other songs may be orchestrated for an additional $100 per song orchestrated.
10 Song Track Package: $1,995
Note... Studio time allotted for custom tracks USUALLY suffices. However, for tracks that require additional hours of production, clients will be billed additional studio time charges, rounded to the NEXT hour.
In ANY case, ALL ORDERS MUST BE CUSTOM QUOTED, and will be quoted PRIOR to placing of order, and quotes are designed to be estimates only, not reflecting the final charge. Studio time will be billed honestly, and with integrity.

Time limit of two studio hours per song applies, after which an hourly charge of
$100 per creative hour will be billed in addition to the original price, rounded to the NEXT hour.
Maybe you already have your tracks or recording project recorded, but you need orchestration on a few songs. Maybe you produce recordings for other artists in your studio, but need to outsource the orchestration. Many of our most popular clients (such as Phil Cross, Amber Nelon Thompson, Steve Ladd, The Williamsons, Jason Clark, The Steeles and others) utilize our orchestration services, and have been quoted with phrases like "as real as you can get in this price range", "awesome and amazing", and "should cost a lot more".

Terms of Production, Payment & Turnaround
Below you will find answers to questions asked most concerning the terms on which we work. These terms are made known as public knowledge, and unless otherwise replaced by a legal paper contract, the terms of production, payment and turnaround policies shall be considered binding upon ANY order being placed, and customer hereby agrees to the terms set forth below as they relate to said order. Placing an order serves as signature and receiving of ALL terms listed below.
Turnaround & Refund Policy
Standard turnaround time for custom tracks shall be considered within 6 weeks or less from time of ordering, meaning when deposit amount required AND ALL SONGS/DEMOS have been delivered by client, and received by Dustin Jenkins. For video production, graphic or web design customers, turnaround time will vary depending on the scope and nature of the work, but shall have in every instance a "grace period" of up to six weeks prior to or beyond the originally quoted turn around or completion estimate. Other factors that can alter completion time are changes to final production, additions to order or production, and other unforeseen circumstances which might arise. Client understands that while turnaround may be sooner, there is no guarantee of this.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES CLAUSE...
Production hours, turnaround times and projections are to be considered BEST GUESS ESTIMATES, and while every effort will be taken to "meet or beat" the turnaround time listed in the previous paragraph of 6 weeks or less, client acknowledges that schedule conflicts, equipment issues, acts of God or otherwise detrimental situations which are out of the control of Dustin Jenkins COULD DELAY originally estimated turnaround time. Clients are encouraged NOT TO SCHEDULE IMPORTANT DATES that revolve around completion of services rendered by Dustin Jenkins, until product is COMPLETED AND IN HAND.
No refunds will be given under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES for cancellations, even for cases of delays in turnaround time. In the event of cancellation for ANY reason by the client, it's understood that all deposits and payments will be considered forfeited. Client agrees in advance to these terms when ordering, as complete review and acceptance of such terms are a requirement prior to ordering, and therefore by ordering, waives all right to arbitration therein. In the unlikely event of "Confirmed Cancellation" (not to be confused with implied cancellation) by Service Provider (Dustin Jenkins), a refund of UNUSED portions of money paid will be returned within a reasonable amount of time, reasonable being determined at the sole discretion of Dustin Jenkins.
Payment, Deposits, Ownership and Due Credit
PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS
Upon placing order, unless otherwise agreed upon by Dustin Jenkins, client is expected AND required to pay upfront a retainer in the amount of 50% of their anticipated final order. Once order or production is completed, a watermarked sample will be available to review. The remaining balance shall be due prior to final masters being delivered. In some cases, other payment arrangements may be required. In all instances, final payment is expected and required immediately upon notification of completion by Dustin Jenkins. The retainer initially paid is non refundable regardless of final product satisfaction. In the very unlikely event that the client is not satisfied and all reasonable efforts have been made to correct said dissatisfaction, client will still be required to pay for work done. NO MASTERS WILL BE RELEASED, NOR SHALL ANY UN-WATERMARKED SAMPLES BE RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT IN FULL OF FINAL BALANCE IS MADE. At that time, product will be uploaded or mailed, at the client's choice. Appropriate mailing fees will apply if mailing is chosen.
OWNERSHIP OF MATERIAL
Client, upon final payment, shall have UNLIMITED rights to use of product, without further financial obligation to Dustin Jenkins. However, client understands that Dustin Jenkins maintains ownership of "Creative Rights" and that this is NOT a "work for hire", and thus, Dustin Jenkins or affiliates may use as they see fit, any and all materials produced BY Dustin Jenkins and Dustin Jenkins Studios, for appropriate business uses. Clients requesting true "work for hire" status will be billed accordingly for release of creative rights, and must request this at the time of original quoting of price, as this will incur a much higher rate.
DUE CREDIT
Client is required and does agree to give credit on all recordings and media of usage, and as much as reasonably possible, public exhibition as to who created the work having been ordered from Dustin Jenkins, Dustin Jenkins & Associates. The credit SHALL read as follows: nature of the work (i.e. Custom Tracks, Video Production, Graphic Design, etc) "Produced entirely by Dustin Jenkins, Dustin Jenkins & Associates. www.dustinjenkinsmedia.com" - Credits MUST INCLUDE the website. This is vital to keep our prices reasonable, and advertising costs down.
